I’m a Personal Trainer with a simple philosophy: Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, you will achieve. I’m the one who does the heavy lifting to make sure you stay on track. My focus is 100% on you, your form, and your results.

This is my premier coaching platform. Whether you are in Gauteng, London, or anywhere in between, you get elite-level programming delivered directly to your smartphone. This isn’t a “template”—it is a dynamic partnership.

  • Video Form Analysis: Send me videos of your lifts, and I’ll send back expert corrections to ensure you stay injury-free.

2. Bespoke 1-on-1 Coaching

Private Studio Sessions (By Appointment Only)

For those who want to step out of the “big box” gym chaos and into a focused, professional environment. Training takes place at my private studio, where we have the tools, the privacy, and the atmosphere to get serious work done.

  • Exclusive Environment: A dedicated space where the focus is 100% on your session—no waiting for machines, no distractions.

Remote Live Coaching (Virtual 1-on-1) The elite studio experience, delivered to your screen.

Don’t confuse this with “DIY” online plans. This is a live, real-time video session where I am with you every second of the workout. Whether you are in Gauteng or halfway across the world, you get my undivided attention via your PC or mobile device.

Fees & Legal Stuff;

The HN Fitness Commitment

To ensure we achieve the transformation you’re looking for, I operate on a professional commitment model. This ensures both your results and the integrity of my coaching schedule.

1. Professional Investment

  • The Foundation: All new coaching relationships begin with a 3-month initial contract. This is the minimum time required to see true, lasting physiological change.
  • Ongoing Growth: After your initial 3 months, we move to a flexible month-to-month agreement.
  • Notice Period: Should you wish to conclude our journey together, one full calendar month’s written notice is required.

2. Session Policies

  • Consistency is Key: A minimum of 2 sessions per week is required to maintain your progress.
  • Punctuality: Your time is valuable, and so is mine. Late arrivals will be trained for the remainder of their scheduled booking.
  • No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice results in a forfeiture of that session and remains payable in full.

3. The 24-Hour Rule

  • Rescheduling: I understand life is unpredictable. You may reschedule or cancel any session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Short Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
  • Usage: Rescheduled sessions must be utilized within 30 days of the original booking.

4. Payments & Administration

  • Upfront Success: To secure your slot in my roster, all payments are made upfront via EFT.
  • Confirmation: Your booking is officially confirmed once a Proof of Payment (POP) has been received. To keep things moving smoothly, please send your POP before your first session.
  • The Fine Print: Please note that all sales are final—no refunds are issued.

“I don’t believe in guessing when it comes to your health. Because your safety and results are my priority, I will only start our training sessions once we have completed a full fitness and body composition assessment.

Why the Assessment?

  • Baseline Stats: We measure where you are today (weight, body fat %, measurements) so we can celebrate your wins later.
  • Movement Screen: I check for any imbalances or old injuries to ensure our program is 100% safe for you.
  • Goal Alignment: We sit down and map out exactly how we’re going to get you to your target.

Investment & Billing Breakdown

All training is billed monthly in advance via EFT. To calculate your monthly investment, we multiply the weekly rate by the number of weeks in the month (4 or 5).

Specialized Services

The “Fine Print”

  • Assessment First: Training only commences once a full fitness and body composition assessment is completed.
  • Upfront Payment: Proof of Payment (POP) must be received before your first booking of the month.
  • Commitment: Clients sign an initial 3-month contract to ensure progress, moving to month-to-month thereafter.
  • Cancellation: A strict 24-hour notice policy applies. Late cancellations or “no-shows” forfeit the session fee.

Do I need my own equipment for Live Virtual sessions? Not necessarily! I can design your sessions around what you have. Whether you have a full home gym or just a pair of dumbbells and a chair, we will make it work.

What is the “HN Fitness App” exactly? It’s a professional coaching platform where I upload your custom workouts, track your nutrition, and monitor your progress. It’s perfect for those who want my expertise but need to train on their own schedule.

Can I book a once-off session? To see real results, consistency is vital. Therefore, I only work with clients on a committed basis (minimum 2 sessions per week). My goal is your transformation, not just a single workout.

Where is the Studio located? To maintain the privacy and exclusivity of my clients, the studio location is shared once your initial application is approved and your first session is booked.

How do payments work? Simple and secure. All payments are made via EFT upfront. Once your Proof of Payment is received, your slot is locked in.
